 Casio was the first to build a graphing calculator in 1985 : the fx-7000g.
 The series includes three differents types of machines :

 the fx-6000g and fx-6500g are the smaller : 5,86 X 3,15 inches for 4 lines. The screen is slightly tilted.

 the fx-7000g and fx-7200G : 6,54 X 3,27 inches for 8 lines. These two are identical.

 the fx-8000g and fx-8500g are the bigger : 7,09 X 3,27 inches for 8 lines. These machines are connectable to FA-80 interface.
 All the machines of the series have a leatherette cover.
